How the Lorajewel VIP works?
Based on your spend, you can upgrade to a new tier once the upgrade conditions are met. The higher the tier, the more rewards you unlock.
Do I need to log in when I want to use my rewards?
Yes. After logging in, you can view and use your rewards on the Member page in the Personal Center.
Can I receive the corresponding Points immediately after placing an order?
The Points you earn from placing orders will be credited to your account after the shipment.
Will the coupons redeemed with Points expire?
You can use Points to redeem free shipping vouchers and discount vouchers. These vouchers will expire 30 days after redemption, so please use them as soon as possible.
Do my Points expire?
Yes. Points earned for more than 1 year will expire. We will remind you by email 3 days before your Points expire. Please check your email and use your Points as soon as possible.

As a member, enjoy Free Order Replacements for issues like wrong sizes, incorrect addresses, or order mistakes. Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll replace your item at no cost!
